Kindle format unreadable

I'm a frequent flyer in the use of kindle books. As a kindle book, the format for this book is horrendous. The pictures and type are so small, I'm practically unable to read it. Theres no normal option to increase the text size or expand the pictures. I'm going to request a refund from Amazon as a result. The book is supposed to be positive and uplifting and instead is becoming frustrating.

I cherish this inspirational gift book
